Core to the Crown/ Upper Body Edition

Pilates for Runners
Reformer class focused on the needs of runners. Whether you're a casual jogger or a serious marathoner this classes will work on the stability, mobility, and strength that will enhance your running and help with injuries and issues that are common for people who like to lace up their sneakers and go for a run.
The Weekend Deep Dive
Pilates based class with a focus on refining technique and exploring one concept on two week revolving cycles. Topics may include, hip or shoulder mobility and stability, spinal articulation, hinging patterns, or finding your deep core muscles.
Dynamic Core Integration
This class revolves around the art of weaving movements and skills into a cohesive Pilates practice. It is designed to bring together a diverse range of exercises that seamlessly integrate to enhance your core strength and overall body coordination. Each session involves a thoughtfully crafted sequence, guiding participants through a series of movements that build upon each other, promoting fluidity, balance, and strength. Emphasizing the importance of coordination, this class encourages continuous progression and inspires confidence as you learn to connect various skills into a unified and dynamic practice building up to advanced exercises.
Large Group Mat Classes
Large group classes with small group attention to detail. Held in our back studio space. Class range from 7-14 people max depending on the class format.
Dynamic Strength Pilates (55 minutes)
A dynamic, full-body workout designed to help you get stronger for everyday life. Inspired by reformer Pilates, this mat class uses moderate weights and functional props to add challenge and variety, bringing effective strength-building moves to the mat.
Rooted in the classical Pilates principles of precision, control, and coordination, this class combines time-tested techniques with a contemporary approach that works every major muscle group. Each session will leave you feeling strong, confident, and ready to be better at anything—both inside and outside the studio.
Strength Foundations Series (45 minutes)
Each Mat Pilates class is dedicated to harnessing the power of purposeful movement and building robust, functional strength. Combining classic and contemporary mat Pilates exercises, every innovative session unfolds as a strategic progression, equipping participants with an ever-expanding toolkit of strength-focused skills that interconnect to foster improved posture, stamina, and confidence.
Strength Foundations- Full Body This mat based Pilates class is a head-to-toe approach to strength, where dynamic Pilates movements skillfully engage and balance every major muscle group for a truly integrated workout.
Strength Foundations- Glutes & Abs This mat based Pilates class places a targeted emphasis on glute activation and strengthening. The connection between the glutes, hips, and the core stability is reinforced, ensuring each session powerfully tones and supports the lower body.
Strength Foundations- To the Core This abs focused mat based Pilates class is intentionally curated to deeply engage, strengthen, and challenge the core, building a resilient foundation for improved posture, stability, and total-body support.
Strength Foundations – Back & Shoulders This mat based Pilates class emphasizes developing a strong, resilient back, shoulders, and spine, supporting better posture, increased mobility, and overall upper body strength.
Cardio Pilates Mixtape (55 minutes)
This invigorating class is all about merging movement styles into a harmonious workout experience. Start your journey with a dance-inspired warm-up, setting the stage for an engaging series of real Pilates mat exercises. Seamlessly incorporate calisthenics and weightlifting moves, creating a cohesive flow that enhances your endurance and promotes overall physical fitness.The class concludes with an exhilarating aerobic dance party, designed to energize your spirit. Embrace the continuous progression and connection to the dynamic playlist that inspires confidence and joy in movement.
Recover & Reset with MELT Method (55 minutes)
MELT Method based group class focused on recovery methods and fascial rehydration. Help your body recover from workouts faster and get rid of those pesky aches and pains. Perfect for helping with sore muscles, arthritis, and mystery pain and stiffness.
