I have an injury, can I do this?
As long as you have been cleared for exercise by your doctor and/or physical therapist, we can work with you to find the best way to work around the injury and help you recover. We are happy to talk to your MD or PT to coordinate your fitness plan with them and ensure that we are programming your sessions appropriately.
I travel quite a bit for work, is it worth buying a membership?
We have memberships that range from 4 sessions a month to 12 sessions a month. If you know you will be gone for a week or two during the month you can add extra sessions to your schedule during the weeks that you are in town. You can also choose to do a virtual session if you are unable to come into the studio. We can work with you to figure out what the best plan for you is with a heavy travel schedule making it difficult to come into the studio.
